Villa Bougainville

è una bellissima villa di lusso in stile bungalow. Progettata per 4-6 persone (comoda per una famiglia). Trattasi di una casa indipendente con una superficie di 85 m2. con terrazzi di 35 m2., posto su terreno di proprietà di 500 m2.

La villa dispone di un giardino, ben curato, con alberi, prato verde, lettini prendisole, barbecue in pietra. Parcheggi dentro e fuori casa sono gratuite. Terrazza coperta con tavolo e sedie ha una doccia calda estiva e un lavandino + un bagno con lavatrice e water. Entrando in casa troviamo un ingresso con tavolo e sedie (soggiorno), una cucina e due grandi letti separati in una nicchia. Di fronte a letti c’è una TV con canali satellitari. La sala è climatizzata.

Dalla sala si può salire al secondo piano (scala con più gradini), dove troviamo una camera da letto, con un letto matrimoniale (climatizzata).Un’altra camera da letto con letto matrimoniale in piano terra (climatizzata). Accanto c’è un bagno (con doccia, bidet, wc e lavandino).

I proprietari della villa si prendono molta cura di lei. Pertanto, qui troverai pavimenti e finestre scintillanti.

E nel giardino vedrai un bel prato verde. Uva, olive e vari fiori mediterranei vi delizieranno. Qui sarà così bello sdraiarsi su un lettino e ascoltare il canto degli uccelli.

Ci sono in totale quattro di queste ville Bougainville, ugualmente arredate e disposte in fila, una dopo l’altra. Ogni villa è indipendente, ha il suo giardino. Di fronte alle ville c’è un bosco e oltre – la strada per il mare.

Il posto

Villa Bouganville si trova nel sud della Sardegna. E a soli 150 metri dal mare e dalla favolosa spiaggia sabbiosa di Geremeas (circa 5-6 minuti a piedi). Si va alla spiaggia percorrendo una strada dritta, comoda per tutti, anche per carrozzine, bambini e anziani.

Non ci sono altre ville davanti alla villa Bouganville, solo un bosco di pini ed eucalipti.  Si ritiene che questa sia la prima linea del mare.

La Residenza Cala Sirena, dove si trova la villa, è piccola, piena di pini e fiori, molto pulita. La Residenza è dotata di sbarra elettrica, ce anche una guardia giurata, videocamere.

La villa dispone sia di una cassaforte che di un sistema di allarme per la vostra completa sicurezza. Il sito è recintato, con un cancello.

La spiaggia

Geremeas è la tua spiaggia, è a 5-6 minuti a piedi dalla villa. Questa è una delle spiagge più belle della Sardegna. Un vero gioiello dell’isola! È lunga e larga. La sabbia della spiaggia è magnifica, morbida e bianca. Entrata in acqua senza sassi, solo sabbia. La spiaggia di Geremeas si estende per molti chilometri. La spiaggia di Geremeas inizia alla spiaggia di spiaggia Kal’e Moru e termina alla spiaggia di Baccu mandara. La spiaggia di Geremeas è incorniciata da pini ed eucalipti, che regalano una piacevole ombra ai vacanzieri!

Le distanze

Sebbene sia sempre consigliabile noleggiare un’auto in Sardegna, se lo desideri, puoi fare a meno dell’auto a villa Bouganville.

Nella vicina Residenza Geremeas Country Club troverete un mini-supermercato, con tutto il necessario (a piedi).

Inoltre, molto vicino troverete un ristorante/pizzeria, diversi bar (150-200 metri dalla villa).

È molto comodo che ci siano parchi gioco per bambini (a piedi, sul posto).

Una piazzola si trova nella vostra Residenza Cala Sirena e l’altra nella vicina Residenza Geremeas Country Club.

Campo da tennis nella vostra Residenza (gratuito, portate con voi solo le vostre racchette).

Un parco di pini ed eucalipti, un lago con anatre da sfamare, un parco faunistico: tutto è nelle vicinanze.

Fermata dell’autobus (per Cagliari o Villasimius) – raggiungibile a piedi nelle vicinanze ( 200 metri).

We have 4, independent villas Bouganville, every villa can invite 4-6 people.

Villa description
Located a few meters from the sea,  only with a 5 minutes’ walk , through a pine and eucalyptus forest to divide the white beach, villa is one that can be defined as the right location for a relaxing holiday in one of the nicest locations in southern Sardinia Geremeas. Next restaurant and bar are in 50 metres, 2 playgrounds for children in 100-150 metres,  free tennis court in the Residence area , beach-volley and diving centre  in the beach.  The Residence is very small, clean and nice and full of flowers.

A large garden with lawn and olive trees greets you on your arrival, a barbecue for outdoor meals will help you to delight your palate,  every villa has -2 double bedrooms and + 2 single beds in the hall,  for a total of 6 people, 2 bathrooms  ( one in the house and one in the terrace)- are a convenient solution for your stay, where you really do not miss anything from internet, satellite plasma TV, the safe, continuing with microwave, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, a large patio, fully furnished with attention to detail, the pictures, as you will see make the idea perfectly.

Location of object

Geremeas is one of the most popular resorts in Sardinia, an enchanted place that has managed to preserve its white beaches from mass tourism, crystal clear water where thanks to a climate invadable for 6 months of the year you can spend only. Beach Geremeas  is sandy and very god for small children.
